It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

My Aunt Shelly is big into ornaments. So, when she saw these cute Santa locomotives at Walmart, she just had to buy them. Little did she know, and much to the joy of my big cousin JFK, that these cute little ornaments were really neat windup toys. Grandma Boni told Mommy about Aunt Shelly's big discovery, and guess what arrived when Mommy came home from work yesterday?

The most wonderful windup toys! I am now the proud owner of three cute little Santa windup toys. I just love them! They go and turn, and go and turn, and the choo choo train's chimney even goes up and down! What a find! I just knew Aunt Shelly with her wonderful eye for shopping, trained at many garage sales to find hidden treasures, would come up with something really special for the holidays! Way to go Aunt Shelly!

Me and My Grandpa

After taking me on a picnic at the La Jolla Cove and showing me around the La Jolla art galleries, Grandpa decided he would take me for ice cream in Coronado.
Although I was afraid of the cow out front, I decided to still give the ice cream parlor a shot.
What a great decision! The ice cream was marvelous! Usually the kid size scoops make you feel pretty bad when you look over at the size an adult gets, but this time I hit the lottery! The ice cream girl must have thought I was pretty cute and gave me a little extra. There's nothing like a little extra chocolate to make you feel extra special!

Turkey Day

Well, what do you know? When I arrived at Grandma and Grandpa's house on Wednesday night, Tommy Turkey was already there to greet me. He obviously didn't know my plans for him on Thanksgiving Day!

First we gave Tommy a rub down with seasoning, then we stuffed him in an air tight bag, and to top it off, we put him in the oven! After four hours of baking, he was ready for my little tummy, and boy was I happy!

Poor Tommy, he had no idea what awaited him. Maybe I'll be nicer to him next year, but don't count on it, he was very tasty! Yummy...Yum...Yum..!

It must be all in the Family

It must be a family thing! My big cousin J.K.F. (I have to say "big" because my little cousin is J.K.F. too) loves to try on Mommy's lipstick and so do I! What a wonderful mess! I was so proud of my face painting that I had to bring Mommy a camera, so I could say cheese before mommy wiped off my masterpiece.

Mornings are my favorite

I love to start out my day, in bed with my favorite book reading to Snoopy and my Godiva Bear. Then as mommy gets ready for work, I turn on a little Elmo's World to get my brain going.

Then, when I finally make it downstairs, I enjoy a nice warm Eggo, eating it Mommy style, no butter, no syrup, just straight from the toaster.

Grandma and Me

I love when Grandma comes and visits me.
Here we are outside of Chi Chi's Pizzeria.
I'm so excited because next week I'm going to Grandma's for Thanksgiving. I just know she'll stuff me like a little turkey full of wonderful tastey treats! Yippee!!

Doing my chores

After a fun day at McDonald's, it's time to get down to work. First, I went with Mommy to Walmart (my favorite store in the world) to buy diapers, new pull-up pants (I'm now starting to potty train...Yeah!!), and a couple of things for around the house.

After swiping mommy's card in the check out lane, I'm really pumped up!

Then, at home, I hit the dishes. There's nothing like submerging my juice bottle and hearing it go "gulp...gulp...gulp." To mommy's dismay, I can do that for at least an hour!

Twick O' Tweet

Here I am!! I've been practicing "twick o' tweet" all day long, and I'm ready to see what candy it can get me!

So, I ring the door bell...

And what do you know, the "twick o' tweet" really works!

After going through the neighborhood, I had a quick taste of my goodies, then I was off again to try my "twick o' tweet" out on the church folk at the Harvest Festival.
I got another full pumpkin full of candy at the church's "Trunk or Tweet" where you go from one tail gate to the next and get candy for answering questions about God. Fortunately, since I'm only two and don't know much, I only had to answer questions like "How old are you?" and "What's your name?" to which I responded, BATMAN.

Here's Batman and Mommy at the Festival.

My Silly Monkey

This is DMV's favorite book in the whole world. He can recite it word for word. DMV loves to yell with unbridaled enthusiasm, "No more monkeys jumping on the bed," while shaking his finger back and forth and jumping sky high on Mommy's bed...Bounce...Bounce...What a bad little monkey!!!

Happy tub time

DMV loves his tub time. He splashes about, plays with his Elmo puzzle island that Tia Shelly gave him, and of course poses for an occasional picture.
